I coordinated strategic planning and provide oversight for the implementation of new technological applications and maintenance of all voice, video, and data applications. I was responsible for budgeting and for providing planning, leadership, and support to administrative and academic computing as well as user services and data communications. Working with the Information and Educational Technologies staff, other user staff, and faculty, I develop a comprehensive plan to provide data information systems support. I engaged in consultation with user departments in planning, designing, and implementation of data information systems and academic computing initiatives. I served as the principal advisor to the president and Executive Council on matters concerning data information systems and data communications.

I was responsible for resolving all end user technology questions and problems in an efficient, professional and timely matter. Responsible for all TAF(Technology Access Fee)  projects. I provided audio-visual support for campus activities, technical operation of Channel 7 (a local government/educational cable channel provided by Charter Communications). I produced video content for public information office and other specialized projects as directed by the executive director. I supported and promoted the use of existing and emerging technologies in teaching.  I maintained confidentiality of sensitive information and maintained technology inventory.
